Galen Center was built in 2006, with a vision to gather sports fanatics, basketball and volleyball stars and local community members to witness greatness. As the official arena of the University of Southern California, we realize that sport arenas impact people in more ways than one. From our fans to our incredible student athletes, staff and community partners, Galen Center is the place to be! While we are always chasing excellence to continue adding to USC Athletics' 135 national championships, our venue enhancements will help everyone coming to the Galen Center embody the Trojan spirit.
Our 2023 facility upgrades included a variety of spaces, such as: main arena, media press and team film rooms, USC team hallways, main event entrances, hall of fame, concession stands, Founders Room and more!
With the support of the University President Dr. Folt, Galen Center and USC Athletics embodied the Moonshot project and began the initial stages of the enhancement project. As a result, a new courtside VIP entertainment space was added, with surround sound, inclusive food and beverage options for Men’s Basketball games.
As USC prepares the Big Ten Conference In August 2024, Galen Center will continue to improve with future projects on the way. It is an exciting time for USC Athletics and we hope to see you at a Galen Center event soon!
