USC Galen Center

Alcohol is available for purchase at all events at select concessions stands. Individuals must be 21 years or older and are required to show a valid drivers license when purchasing. All concessions have the right to refuse or stop service to any patron, at any time.

The Galen Center and University grounds and facilities may not be used for commercial purposes such as sales, advertising, or promotional activity without prior approval. Authorized corporate sponsors will be identified by official vendor passes, distributed through the USC Athletic Department. Violators of these are subject to trespass ordinances. For more information about marketing activities on an event game day, sponsors should contact USC Athletics at (213) 740-9872 or by email at jeskenaz@usc.edu.

All restrooms in the arena are equipped with diaper-changing tables, and are handicapped accessible.

Signs and banners are not allowed in the Galen Center without prior approval from USC Athletics.

Alcohol Beverages, Bottles & Cans are not allowed.

Factory sealed bottles of water, 17 oz. or less, are allowed; limit 2 per person and non-metallic, refillable containers (must be empty upon entry)

Personal messages of any kind are not accepted on event day.

Game day bus parking is limited. Please contact USC Transportation at (213) 740-3575 if you are arriving by private/chartered bus to make arrangements.

Photography cameras are allowed in The Galen Center; however, video cameras and tripods are not permitted within Galen Center. All commercial uses of photographs depicting game action are allowed only through licensing agreement. Camera lenses are limited to 3 inches.

Children 2 years and under do not require a ticket as long as they are held in a lap and do not interfere with other guests’ viewing of the event. Strollers are not permitted inside Galen Center.

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite guest entry into the venue, Galen Center enforces a clear bag policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the arena for all events (one clear bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” per person). The policy does not affect other items that fans normally bring to a game, which can be carried in their pockets or openly in their arms. Also, for increased security, all guests entering the Galen Center walk through metal detector screening with arms raised (guests should remove metal items from pockets).

All prohibited items (please see list, under Prohibited Items) will not be allowed. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid delays.

Ice chests and coolers are not allowed at Galen Center.

Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the court before, during, or after a game. Any unauthorized person going on to the court will be removed and subject to ejection and/or arrest.

For guests needing to reach upper level seats, there is an elevator located near the North doors. The elevator to the suite level is on the northeast corner of the building.

There are no in-and-out privileges at Galen Center. Once you exit the building, no re-entry will be allowed.

In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, we ask that fans refrain from the following behavior at all events:

  • Profanity or other offensive language or gestures, whether spoken, written or appearing on apparel
  • Smoking (including vaporizers, e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco)
  • Intoxication or excessive alcohol consumption or signs of substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
  • Bringing prohibited items into the venue
